Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a paid appointment unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Deposits and other amounts identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Clients who schedule a complimentary or free appointment and fail to attend without properly rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance may not be eligible to receive another complimentary appointment.
Additional cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms displayed during booking are incorporated into these Terms.
Classes, Workshops and Events
Registration fees for virtual events are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.
Class, workshop, event, and program details—including dates, times, attendance requirements, included materials, and refund or cancellation policies—may vary and will be provided with the applicable offering.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the equipment and internet connection necessary to participate in virtual offerings.
Recordings and Content
