Weekly Message
Welcome to Week 2 — Discovering Your Intuitive Type!
This week, we’re exploring the different ways intuition communicates with us and beginning to recognize your own unique intuitive strengths.
Everyone experiences intuition differently. Some receive images, others hear information, sense emotions, or simply know something without understanding how they know it.
Our goal this week is to help you recognize, understand, and begin strengthening the intuitive abilities that come most naturally to you.
Building On Last Week’s Lesson
Last week, we introduced meditation and its importance in intuitive development.
Meditation helps quiet the mind, reduce distractions, and create space to recognize subtle intuitive impressions.
As you continue practicing, remember to set a clear intention before beginning. Your intention should focus on opening yourself to intuitive information and strengthening your natural abilities.
This Week’s Homework & Practice
Exercise: What’s Behind the Box?
Following this week’s class, you’ll begin receiving daily practice images designed to strengthen your intuitive connection.
Each image will contain a covered portion hiding an object, person, location, or other detail.
Your assignment is to use your intuition to explore what may be hidden from physical view.
EXAMPLE OF THIS WEEK’S PRACTICE IMAGE
Ask Yourself….Do I sense a particular shape or size?
Can I feel or describe a texture?
Are there any colors that come to mind?
Do I receive an image, word, feeling, or sudden knowing?
Does anything remind me of a person, place, or event?
Write down your initial impressions before seeing the revealed image.
Don’t worry about whether your answers are correct. The purpose of this exercise is to help you recognize how intuitive information presents itself to you.
Notes & Reminders
Think of intuition as a muscle. The more consistently you exercise it, the stronger your awareness can become.
You may already recognize intuitive experiences in your everyday life—sensing someone’s emotions, feeling drawn toward a decision, or experiencing a sudden knowing.
The key is learning to distinguish these impressions from your everyday thoughts and becoming more confident in recognizing your own intuitive language.
Be patient with yourself. Trust the process, remain curious, and remember that development takes practice. Every experience is an opportunity to learn.
